Terms of use

Using the site
AIPhotoSuite is free to use. You do not need an account. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
Please do not use the site to break the law, to harass or harm others, or to interfere with the site itself.
Your photos and your responsibility
You keep every right you have in the photos you edit. Because editing happens on your device, we never receive them.
You are responsible for having the right to edit and share the photos you open, including photos of other people. Get permission where it is needed.
Where a tool helps with an official photo, such as a passport, visa or ID photo, or with marketplace listing images, you are responsible for checking the current official requirements before you print, submit or publish. Requirements change, and the site cannot guarantee that any photo will be accepted.
No warranty
The site and its tools are provided as is, without any warranty. Results depend on the photo, the device and the browser, and they can be imperfect. Check your result before you rely on it. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from using the site or its results. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Third-party models
The AI tools use model weights published by third parties under open licenses, namely MIT, Apache-2.0 and BSD-3-Clause. The Model manager page lists each model and its license. Those licenses govern the models themselves.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute.
